ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SEPTEMBER 2024

We are a traditional Montessori preschool that values the child’s human spirit, and nurture’s each child’s unique potential through independent learning within a supportive and respectful community.

Our Program

  • Montessori Curriculum

    Based on the Montessori Method of observing and following the child’s interest, we open the door for the child to have a natural spontaneous desire to learn and work.

  • Music & Reggio Art Explorations

    Music will be integrated daily through singing, movement, listening , and with the introduction of rhythmic instruments & the Montessori bells. We also offer nature-based art materials to engage children in exploration.

  • Admission

    Our program is available for children 3-5 years of age. To be considered for enrolment at Kindred Spirits, children must be at least 3 years of age and potty trained.


  • Hours

    Kindred Spirits follows the Public School calendar year (Sept - June).

    Half Day Classes Offered

    Morning Class
    8:30 - 11:45 Monday - Friday

    Afternoon Class
    1:00 - 4:15 Monday - Friday

  • Trained Educators

    Head Directress is an experienced and certified Montessori Casa (3-6 yrs) teacher, as well as a certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2. Assistant Directress is certified ECE Level 2 with Montessori knowledge.

  • Fees

    $100 Application Fee Per Child (Non-Refundable)

    $600 monthly tuition fees ($475 with Alberta Childcare Subsidy)

    A $125 (flat rate) Alberta Childcare Subsidy is available. See if you qualify here.
